Order Processing Time
- It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.
- Generally, orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of order confirmation/payment. Orders made on the weekends might experience delay.
- Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Shipping Cost & Transit Time
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. However, Express shipping is available for an additional fee of $9.90. Expedited delivery is estimated to be approximately 2–3 business days faster than our standard free shipping.

Orders shipped to HAWAII and ALASKA on shipping have an estimated 2-4 week delivery period.
Orders shipped to MILITARY BASES on shipping have an estimated 4 week delivery period.

1. Wrong or incomplete address (most common)
But what can happen if an order is sent to incomplete or wrong shipping address !?
1. The local post office will contact the recipient phone number that we have already printed along with the shipping address on the package and solve the delivery issue and deliver the order to the correct location.
2. The local post office cannot contact to the recipient for various reasons and therefore the package will be delivered to someone else at that location or it will be returned to the local post office.
3. The local post office cannot find the recipient’s shipping address or cannot contact the recipient, so the package will be returned to China.
Please note: If we find that an order has not been delivered to the customer due to a wrong or incomplete shipping address! Our only solution to our dear customer is to resend the order to the correct shipping address.

About order cancellation
If you do not wish to receive your order for any reason after purchase, please let us know between 24 to 48 hours. If your order has not yet been processed, we can cancel it and issue a full refund to your original form of payment.However, if your order has already been processed and shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. In this case, we try to satisfy you with a unique offer instead.
